At Realtyinfo, we are committed to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients information. Clients often request that their information not be shared with their consent. This is both a privacy concern and a trust issue.
Client Trust: To build long-term relationships we respect our client’s privacy by not sharing their personal, financial, buying/selling intentions and price expectations or negotiation with third-party networks.
Professional & Legal Ethics: Confidentiality is a core part of professional real estate conduct. Legal requirements of data protection such as GDPR, CCPA etc., are followed and no realtor will disclose the personal information.
Marketing Ethics: We don’t share clients information to avoid unwanted attention, postings about sellers' urgency to sell and not disclosing listings on social media groups.
